2 su bardagı şeker,
1-vanilya,
1kg süt,
hindistan cevizi,fiiinduuuk..


Yapılışı:
İrmik,pirinç unu,şeker,vanilya ve süt muhallebi kıvamında pişirilir.Soguyup dinlendikten sonra Ceviz büyüklüğünde toplar alınıp hindinsan cevizine bulanır,Her birinin ortasına birer tane fındık yerleştirilir,buzdolabında dinlendirilir..AFİYET OLSUN...
