önce vatan kardeşim sence anayasa ve hsyk bu güne kadar siyasi değilmiydi sence..........bu ilk olmayacak ki sadece siyasi safını değiştirecek bi nevi devir teslim diyelim....

Her ne kadar anti demokratik densede verilecek hukuki ve adli kararların, bir siyasi parti liderinin iki dudağı arasında olmaktansa HSYK'nın vereceği kararların geçerli olması taraftarıyım. Bu daha demokratiktir. Asıl evet oyuyla geçecek yasa anti demokratiktir.
Bu nokta çok önemli; Çıkarılmak istenilen bu yasanın asıl amacı siyasi iktidarın yargıya hükmetme ve ele geçirme gayretinden başka birşey değildir. titiz kardeşim
